Dr. H Week 6 Workouts

FRIDAY
5 min. warm up
3x20 push ups
3x20 sit ups
3x75 crunches
3x10 Decline Bench (135 lbs)
3x10 DB Shoulder Press (40 lbs)
3 Sets of Core Excercises

Meeting Travis at Springs at 12:30.


MONDAY
5 min warm up
3x20 sit ups
3x10 Step Ups (40 lbs)
3x10 DB Bench (45 lbs)
3 Sets of Core Excercises
3x10 arm extensions (80 lbs)

Meeting Bryan in Springs at 3:30.

Monday-Sunday you will be responsible for doing 30 push ups, 20 sit ups, and 75 crunches on your own aside from the workout session. Friday's workout will burn around 255 calories and Monday's will burn around 240. The daily excercises that you are now responsible for will burn around 85 calories. The workout attire remains the same but this week you will also need a stopwatch. 10/4/07 I tried to change up the workout up a little but due to your injury both of your workouts will be upper body only.
