Breakfast: no changes except to add my caltrate tablet
Snack: Had to leave the house in a hurry this morning to get the dogs to the groomer so left my snacks at home. So didn't eat the strawberries
Lunch: I didn't have turkey salad so had a turkey sandwich instead. Anyway, did you notice that the turkey part of the turkey salad had about 240 calories for "1 cup, chopped or diced" but the turkey we've been using for the turkey sandwiches "turkey or chicken breast, prepackaged or deli, luncheon meat" has 89 calories for "1 cup, wafer slices or shaved." Anyway I had the wafer slices...1 cup is about right. Oh, and I had 2 slices wheat bread, mustard, & 1 large leaf of lettuce on that sandwich.
The only other substitution was another blueberry muffin instead of the ice cream. I only had one blueberry muffin left from the batch I baked earlier in the week and it seemed a shame to let it go to waste. And the ice cream will be OK in the freezer. So I had the last muffin. I figured that would be easy for you to update.
I really enjoyed the baked potato and the glass of milk! Thanks for including those.
