I updated my diet & exercise for these 3 days. Wasn't able to stick to the plan for a few reasons:
1. Saturday: had a lot of yard work to do that involves chopping up and moving a tree that fell in my yard (it happened when we were running in the rain that day), then had to blow up the leaves and cut grass. It was quite a day's work. Of course, my two sons (Doug & Kane) helped but it sort of took the place of any other exercise I could do...except for my daily pushups, situps.
2. Sunday: went to my mother's for Sunday dinner and she didnt really fix anything on the plan. The choice of not eating that great lunch was just not one I was going to make. So I updated the menu. Also, took Doug & Kane to Greenville shopping & to a movie (saw "The Kingdon"--good movie) so that sort of took the time to do anything exercise-wise (other than walking around the mall). And of course I had to have a small popcorn...but no butter!
3. Monday: sort of back on track; rode my bike to the doctor's office (where I do his payroll) between Clinton & Laurens. Will have to do laundry later today. Will get in a run while the clothes are washing & will post that later. Not sure about food since Kane's home for fall break & I have to feed him too. Will update food later tonight.
Will get back on track on Tuesday.
