Mrs. C: Diet & Exercise for 10-16-07

No changes to food except Total cereal instead of Kashi cereal.

Exercise: Jogged a mile. Here's the info:
18 minutes (which is a little slow but I had my 2 Dachshunds on leash and had to stop every now and then--jogging in place of course--while they...did doggie business)
Calories: 140

I updated Fitday for today and yesterday's exercise. I did get in another workout yesterday evening while my clothes were washing.
